ESM Gives Back Through Fundraising and Volunteer Outreach
Fall Community Line-Up Supports Non-Profit Organizations and Events in Colorado and Ohio
Highlands Ranch, CO – August 24, 2010 – ESM, a provider of student lifecycle solutions to help schools enroll, graduate and place more students, is continuing its long time focus on giving back to the community. In addition to the company’s year-round fundraising and volunteer outreach, ESM and its employees are geared up to donate time and money to support several non-profit organizations this fall.
ESM’s Fundraising and Volunteer Committee has organized the company’s support for the following groups and events in Colorado and Ohio: Aids Walk Colorado, Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Choices Women’s Shelter, Denver Rescue Mission, Kenya Schools, Race for the Cure, School Supply Drive, Tennyson House, and the United Way.
“We are excited as we get our fall community outreach programs under way – there is a real sense of enthusiasm around here when it comes to donating time and money to those organizations in need,” said Doug Kelsall, CEO of ESM. “We are fortunate that our employees have a sincere desire to help others, whether it is on the job supporting students, or outside of the office serving the community. We take great pride in being a principle-centered organization, and we care as much about how we act as we do about what we accomplish.”
ESM has built an internal culture that encourages a work-life balance, which is part of the reason so many people come to work for ESM and stay long term. The company employs more than 650 full and part time employees with three Colorado offices in Highlands Ranch, Westminster and Aurora, as well as one office in Lewis Center, Ohio.
